The Managed Services Consultant meets with the client to determine if their business will benefit from managed services.

  1. Analyze - Network Assessment

The Star Managed Services technical team performs a network assessment to gather the required data that will ensure a smooth transition to managed services.

  1. Design - Technology Road Map & Maturity Model

Based on the assessment results, Star Managed Services may recommend upgrades and improvements to make sure the client’s systems and policies follow network best practices.  This will allow Star Managed Services to provide the outstanding service the client deserves.

  1. Stabilize - Network Onboarding & Setup

The Star Managed Services technical team will begin the transition to proactive managed services with Remote Monitoring/Management and a full Help Desk.  Network components will be configured and software will be installed to facilitate the transition.

  1. Manage - virtual Chief Information Officer - Quarterly Business Reviews

The client can now expect technology that operates efficiently and support that is timely and accurate.  The vCIO will help the client accomplish their business goals by ensuring the correct technology is in place.
